Lights are normal not power saving lights. Led lights are best choice. Also in all rooms are AC provided. Does they have three phase connection? In single phase connection they can't operate even single AC if they Ac ton is more than 1.5ton and also at a time we cant operate any other devices if it has single phase connection.

You kept quiet.further land is 4125 sqft saleable area is 3441 sqft carpetarea is 2499 the difference between 4125 and 2499 is 1626 sqft .something missing. Corporates policy is different. Don’t boost the land cost unnecessarily..
