I'm so glad! Thank you 🫶 I try to exercise every morning of the week, but this can change between going to the gym or taking walks outside, and I definitely take breaks some days when needed. Yes it makes me feel super energetic for the rest of the day!

Unfortunately, it wasn't there, but what I got out of it was very valuable insight on how to study. I wanted to ask how you studied for SAT math, and how could you answer those hard advanced math questions? Thanks! :)
I have a TikTok video completely on SAT tips! The best tip is to do practice exams. And when you do them, figure out exactly what you got wrong and WHY you got it wrong. It is a standardized exam so there is always a right answer. You have to figure out what makes it right and take that understanding to every questions. This is mostly for reading but same with math. For math, do practice exams and memorize the formulas. The content on the SAT Math section isn't too challenging.
