    here's how you recycle drywall:
put it in a shed or your basement to keep it dry
use a sledgehammer to crush it
    put it in a wheelbarrow
spread it around evenly in a hidden area of your yard
    bury it with dirt
the paper rots, the gypsum (which is a rock) soaks into the ground.
    no trucks necessary

We offer customized ultrafine grinding mills system and coated machines for caco3/dolomite/talc/gypsum/limestone/calcite/calcium oxide/ bentonite/dolomite powder
1.325mesh~4000mesh, finished powder fineness is adjustable.
2.Built-in air classifier, higher classifiying accuracy, powder narrow particle size distribution, better powder quality
      3.lower energy-consumption, higher outpout(for same install capacity, 200~300Kg/hour higher)
4.PLC control, simple operation: 1. Low voltage components: Schneider 2. VF/Soft Start: ABB 3. PLC Controller: SIMENS

3.39 Using grab underneath pylons with 2.000 volts running through the power lines , very very stupid.

6:50 Seems like you need a face mask, guy. It looks dusty as hell.

not very healthy for the 'hand sorters' looks a bit like 3rd world slave labour to me. Yes recycling is great. The environment is important but yikes look after your own workers too

Please don't take this as an attack, it isn't. I realize you're expressing sympathy for workers but I think your preachy tone, to a company trying to make an environmental impact by recycling, is misplaced.
Look, The worker is wearing gloves in one scene (6:40 - 6:50), and gloves and a particulate mask in another scene (07:21 - 07:25) and wearing a colored safety vest in both scenes. He's wearing a particulate mask indoors, so it's clear this exact same worker has a mask, as for why he's not wearing one outdoors who can say? Maybe he doesn't perceive it as being as dusty on the ground as it looks to us in this low-res, SD video. We know for a fact that he has access to particulate masks (looks like a fairly standard 3M disposable one) because he's wearing one in 7:21. Also how do you know the guy is a worker? He could be a supervisor or even manager posing for the camera, for all you know.
As someone who has worked in recycling facilities before (paper, and metals) I'm don't quite see what looks like "3rd world slave labor" to you. It looks like honest work, done with safety equipment, in a reasonably clean (I've been in recycling facilities in the USA that looked far more squalid than this one) and organized facility with equipment that looks like it's in good repair. Have you ever worked a physical job in a factory in your life? It's not all peaches, it can be dirty, but it is not slavery. Nothing in this video remotely looks like 3rd world slave labor, and I've seen stuff far worse than this.
It's easy to throw stones, I would say I wish most American recycle and sorting facilities of any sort looked like this one, and I wish there was more gypsum drywall recycling like this here, in the USA.

manual labor is not third world labor. the world doesnt run without manual hard labor. these guys know what theyre signing up for and should be provided the appropriate protective equipment and protocol to prolong their health working in these essential industries. the world literally wouldnt run if most people were sitting in a physically useless job like a secretary in a cubicle.
