Finally got the first bar held off! Remembered how I attached it in the first place. But the head brush attachment won't come off. It's really struck on there.
But how to remove the 1st handle so it's only a hand held scrubber? When adding both bar attachments, the bar connected to the scrubber wouldn't come after use. Hope you can help.
Get the shinoshi brand. The handle and motor on this brand are WEAK and a hassle. Finally purchased shinoshi instead and its been 4 weeks so far with no probs.

Got same problem got mine today and trying to change the heads and its stuck ..
They lie. They never let you see the speed of the spin, even for 3 seconds, so you don't know how slow the spin is.
How did you get the telescoping arm to extend ot wont move no matter which way i twisted it
