He's a streamer and former pro player (I mostly know of him from Overwatch but apparently he was a pro Apex player as well.). He's friends with a lot of the Niji livers like Enna and Mysta.
IPN is a former Overwatch / Apex pro gamer and an old friend of Selen. Selen had a collab with him and he started becoming friends with Nijisanji EN. Millie getting shipped with him was due to the way they vibbed in the Phasmophobia collab. It's just a joke though so don't take it seriously because it could make the two uncomfortable.
To add to all of these, he is also a VTuber now, is a big simp and VTuber lover and is actually friends with both company and lots of indie VTubers and streamers. To the point were you can see clips of how IPN was invited to Numi's birthday with tons of other VTubers, Sykkuno and more, but Sykkuno left and he ended up as the only MAN there, watching all the girls kiss and lap dance over each other while drinking and being jealous lol. This is also a reason why I think he is friends with so many people, he is chill and respectful, and even in situations where he is surrounded by tens of horny female VTubers, he just lays back, grabs a drink and relaxes. Which is very valuable nowadays considering all the awful news you get from indie VTubers doing illegal stuff. He is like rpr if you know who he is.
