this colour really made my hair extremely dry and the included shampoo made it worse.gave major hair fall.
the company really need to work on a milder creamer shampoo and intense conditioner to hydrate the hair.

Hi Sapna, thanks for your query. We suggest always use one shade lighter than your natural shade of hair. Please note Gel colour doesn't lighten your hair. This means to get brown colour, your hair must be lighter than brown.
