15:26 *insert The Woman was too stunned to speak* meme! Joke aside, after buffs Lulu is kinda disgusting damage wise, I am often facing careless ADCs who understimate my damage, it's so good. I feel like old school enchanters when they really opposed a treat, and it's so fun!

i hate how mejies stacks fall even the the early assasin item stack is permanent. like at least make it easier to stack, it takes about 8 teamfights to get it going
