In my young adult years i really sat back a reflected on what my parents fed us. Twice a week was some kind of pea or bean, at least once was cabbage or greens, now mix in the sweet potatos , tomato and cucumber salad there was meat but not a lot of it. So yes we have had a hiatory of eating vegetables whether fresh can or frozen we ate them.
Girlfriends was definitely one of my favs. Gotta try that conversion by cooking. Maybe ppl listen better with their stomachs than their ears. Stay Vegan!
