It's a fine working elevator, by the roping and placement of the counterweight frame, I figured it was an overhead traction machine w/ 1:1 roping. I was correct when I checked "Show More"

No. ASEA and Graham Brothers merged in 1961 to form ASEA-Graham, which was then taken over in the late 60s by KONE. It was called KONE-ASEA-Graham for a few years untill the name was changed to just KONE as we know it today

+Heritage Elevators same happened in Holland with Starlift-Voorburg. They merged together with KONE either and got the name KONE-starlift till 1996 or so. And since then it is just KONE.
