To help you out I questioned that too and experimented make sure to have the purchases in game by going to purchase sorter of the game in lucky patcher then go back make sure to sing in to Facebook and then go to mail and get it from there by buying it idk why it works but it does
Mine also was not working but when I go to Lucky patcher and than click on game then tools then Purchase sorter then scroll down to the end and do all subscription to ingame and then try it and it works. Try it guys it will definitely work
