And In this episode, I feel like each record was hinting on something Kinger could possibly relate to which could possible lead to kinger abstracting. In my opinion, I think he saw his wife when that monster opened it’s mouth to try to hypnotize him and eat him; giving him flashbacks that might cling onto further episodes.

Okay so im going out on a limb here, but since there is a lot of foreshadowing in this series. I cant help but think that Jax is tied to Cane Adventure or at leasts know of them ahead of time. Since the coincidence of him making Pomni try to hold her breath and throwing her to the "Scary" side where the key is to hold your breath is to great. Definitely feels like he knows alot more than what we think.
Considering he's the only one that refuses to try out the holding breath thing, it could be hunting that he's an NPC like gummigoo that doesn't need to breathe.
