How to make it 0.9 + 0.1 = 1 so he can release it on Spotify (a lot of my friends listen to this song from my snapgram but they always say the same thing, "can't find it on Spo")??? maybe cause they're not allowed to release it officially yet? technically woodz is still on his military service and is not allowed to "work" outside of his military duty. maybe once he's done with gundae they'll work on a more "finished" version of this? idk fingers crossed

But about artist releasing something while in military, as far as I know, there is no problem with artists releasing something while they are in the military service era, as long as the work was not done while they were in the military (it was done long time ago). For example, BTS members released songs, albums, TH-cam content (like Suchwita) while they were in the military, and actor Lee Dohyun whose series and movie (Death's Game, Sweet Home 3, Exhuma) were released while he was in the military, but they worked on it or were involved in the work before they were in the military. And yeah, as you said, maybe in the future Seungyoun and Young K will release a "more finished" version of their song. Sorry for my broken english. Thank you.
