at my highest (250) my ears started to do the same so i took the hint and lost a bit right away to get rid of it, slowly losing now. so its crazy (but unsurprising) that alex didnt take the hint, twice, that she was ballooning again
She’s not able to deprive herself of the food she wants. No self-control. What I don’t get is she’s not even trying to hide her obsession with processed foods. She’s loud and proud now with what she is eating. Of course, she is passing it off as if the food for guests, but anyone can see it’s mainly for her.
This is her way of showing us the gig is up. Do not ask about weight loss, do not expect results, end of discussion. Just my opinion. Even with food addiction she doesn’t need to film, edit, and post her eating in every 15 minute to 30 minute video.
Exactly what I said before. If you have acne eliminate all cheese! My son had cystic acne. We tried everything! So many tubes of creams, gels, lotions. Special skincare (expensive!) btw, scam! (Use very gentle like Cereve is great) & oral antibiotics. Cutting out dairy cleared him right up. Dairy has a TON of hormones.

I literally just watched this episode a couple of hours ago and I couldn’t wait for your reaction! Trader Joe’s pork rolls sent her over the top! She’s just given up the ruse, and being open about it now. This is sad, watching the downhill slide. Shame on her loved ones for not intervening.
Completely agree. She has stopped pretending, she is doing just enough to hold onto any sponsorships regarding fitness. She has to want the results more than she wants to satisfy her cravings. Her family has supported her (Grandma was taking her to the gym in her teenage years, her mom made her face her weight by stepping on the scale and assisting her with the sleeve surgery). Nothing more anyone can do.
My thinking is they all come together as a full-on intervention. They may be scared individually, but there’s strength in numbers. Give her an ultimatum. Terrible situation, but for sure, at the end of the day, she’s gotta do it, no BS. Frustrating all around.

Even cream cheese with chopped carrots and cucumber. Then have a chicken leg and a slice of roast beef, she would have a good protein and fat meal. Peanut butter cups are dangerous 😊 and will not help her arthritis and endless cold.
As someone with multiple chronic illnesses, i WISH I would start feeling better after 5-7 days! Every day I wake up I don't know if it's gonna be a bad day or just a semi bad day in terms of pain, migraines and just being tired that no amount of caffeine can ever cure!

There's been a couple of times that her Mom was having diabetic episodes. One of those vlogs, she was sitting on a park bench. And when they were eating all that food at the carnival, she woofed down the cheesy pickle pizza because she said she only had something like a frozen waffle. Diabetic people watching all the sugar and bad food are going to think they can eat that way too. Especially the young ones.

What an exhausting day of shopping for cinnamon rolls, pork rolls, cheese, cheese, bread, puffs, potatoes, appetizers rolled in cheese & bread, chocolate...that trip walking around trader joes made her pooped, she had to refuel by binge eating the rest of the night.
When you KNOW you “can’t resist” snacks, WHY BOTHER BUYING THEM AT ALL??? At least get some veggies, add some flavor and use that as snacks. In my case, I know I crave salty snacks, so I buy cabbage instead and add a little salt. Raw cabbage is crunchy so it can satisfy the craving for potato chips, for example.
