The fact that you were able to purchase land, install a septic system, connect power, drill for a well and complete your home up to its present stage is incredible, all within a year!! The siding will happen down the track. You are debt-free now and in such a good situation. Well done!
One of the better and greater tiny houses I have seen. The bathroom is tremendous and you also have washer and drier. And the stairs was such great plan with the refrigerator and food storage etc. And you also have the most practical couch area and finally I see the bedroom where one can stand. Imagine living in a tidy house and not able to stretch. Great work guys. I highly recommend the design and look even dinette has practical place where you can work with ease. Thumbs up.
LOVE that the home is not on wheels!!! It is so beautifully and lovingly built. The wood throughout is exquisite! I also love the stairs and storage and the fact that you can actually stand in the loft! Perfectly fine …. even though the exterior is not completely finished. Great job!💝🌟
You both should be very proud of your home you did a wonderful job with no wasted space what I would add is a wood-burning fire with all the trees you are surrounded with that's heat for free and if your power goes down in the winter you will still be able to keep nice and warm - but congratulations on building a wonderful home.
Love it. Love that it's permanent structure. Great decor. Awesome loft. Really highlights being able to own and still be tiny and have all that's needed. Such a great money saver. Outdoor space is everything.

WOW!!!!! How beautiful is this place? The woodworking is beyond artistry. This is something to be sent into space so aliens can see what is magnificent about our planet. That the trees will grow something so emblematic of the life here, and a human to transform this medium to show our appreciation of the divine. But I still don't like built-in couches. However, the loft bedroom makes me feel like I'd never want to wake up anywhere else. 💯💗🌲 The shower and bathroom blow me away too 🌬️🍃

Great build!! So you aren't limited in height requirements. You've got the best of the benefits of tiny living and very few negatives. You even have the ability to redesign and rebuild, at a moment's notice! You also have the ability to add on, which I've never seen in a tiny house.
Probably one of my very favorite tiny houses!!! It’s absolutely gorgeous!!! I only probably wouldn’t have gone with so many built ins! They just look so uncomfortable to sit on! The table and booths ARE definitely stunning I just don’t want to sit on hard wood and against hard wood!

What a beautiful home. Too bad the “baby boomer” era was all about having a family, a job, a home and a mortgage. The first 3 were fine. The last was a killer. I wish I had all the money I spent on mortgage payments. The woodwork is amazing. It adds such warmth to the home. You came up with a great combination! And the deck is fantastic! May you enjoy it for many years to come. Cute pupper. Don’t think I’ve ever seen one like him.
Can't imagine having a deck in Maine, rather than a screened porch. Granted, even screens don't help during noseeum season but they work for mosquitos and black flies.
I see that the square footage is 360, but am wondering what are the dimensions? Could it be 10 feet wide? And with that stand up space in the bedroom, is the height more than the 13.5 feet max allowed for most portable tiny homes?
