If you have no certifications, and want the single best certification that applies to all professional disciplines, it would be a PMP. I have Security+, CISSP, Network+, CISM, A+, and a Master's in Information Assurance, but if I had to give them all up and have only one cert, it would probably be PMP because all organizations need PMP.

I cover all the streams mentioned plus 12 more streams. I don't cover ITIL and Project Management because I wanted to keep my video very specific to software engineers who want to remain technical.
