How do I even go about getting some track time? Id like to have my first track day on my 2021 MT09 but it seems overwhelming. Im not even sure where to start. Carlina motorsports park is also the closest motorsports park to me.
Ive been a few times with Sportbike Track Time. They’re a good outfit. Look carefully through their website below track time is not available again until spring time. 👍✌️ www.sportbiketracktime.com/index.php?_route_=bystate Happy to answer a few questions if i can help!
@@MTNPANTS thanks! I’ll definitely be booking some time. I live in Greenville so it’s about 2 and a half hours out. So what’s the event like? Are people split into different groups based off of skill or bike class? Also, is it like an actual race or is it a free for all where you can you leave the track to make suspension adjustments and then get back on?
@@K12-n5l The structure might vary but at Sportbike Track Time riders must register into one of three main categories- Novice, Intermediate and Advanced. Novice group is sub-divided into smaller “pods” of around 5 riders each on the day of the event. There could be six pods or more in the novice group. These pods are based on your level of track experience and you will be placed in the right one during a preliminary meeting. Track sessions are 20minutes each followed by 20minutes of classroom instruction. There are 6 sessions, 3 morning and 3 afternoon. Its lots of fun and the staff is really helpful.
Nice riding but don't show the dealership this video if you need some warranty work done lol. Let's face it though, yamaha builds a machine that doesn't need warranty work. Only have 1300 miles on mine but it's great. So far...
With less than 500 miles on the odo he hasnt even broken it in yet. Yamaha says dont go over 5800rpm for "prolonged" periods whatever they consider prolonged
Love the bike

On this track, I do not see a true reason to be ever in 2nd 😉😎✌️

Nothing he's doing here would ever be an issue for warranty work. Other than landing on his head, that's not covered.
@@jasonbishop5408 yeah I was joking
