I didn't know what wisadel was, so i checked online and im hyped! W is one of my favorite characters and i didn't know she's getting an alt. When is she supposedly coming out?
Estimating about last week of october? Limiteds come out every 3 months, so just count 3 months from the last limited (Shu) :) Or, if you're following CN, it's 6 months after she comes out in the CN server.

Similar to me, I got a new Gnosis at pull 70 (oof), then a dupe kal'tsit at 90 and hard pity Ela at 120, awful luck. Worst thing is I only got pot1 Doc and pot4 Iana, the rateup is a lie
I didn't get Ela until 120 as well. But i got her at 130 as well. And then again at 132 with Degen pot at 131. But yeah got 4 off rates during the 119. All dupes.
I mean I'm not gonna tell you what to do. But, Ela is ultra-limited (collab characters won't rerun unless they collab again). If you don't care about that, and don't particulary care about her subclass, then feel free to skip her. Just know that you may not get her ever. Wisadel is so worth the 300 pulls tho. I'm saving for that too hahahaha Up to your discretion on what you do :)
@Rosabels9243 I do kinda want her and I need a couple 10 pulls to guarantee a 6 star while being short 30 pulls to guarantee her, but 300 pulls on the anniversary might net me a texas alter, specter alter, logos, and wis'able while being able to get a skadi alter as well.
