Kagagaling lang namin sa Thailand. We stayed in a big resort, Holiday Style Ao Nang Beach Resort, with 3 big swimming pools, free buffet breakfast, beach towels, gym and all amenities for 2.5k/night for 2 pax. Ngayong April may mga 1.5k daily rates pa. Nakakafrustrate lang pricing ng resorts sa Pinas. Napakabasic, pero napakamahal.

hello po. Yes, I know where you are coming from, and I share the same sentiment.. it is quite frustrating nga dahil hindi ganun ka-competitive ang maraming local destinations sa PH especially sa pricing and services offered. But then again, we need to consider din kasi yung access to resources ng mga destinations na ito. Like this small Cagbalete Island in Quezon where electricity is still being rationed, fresh water is not easily available, and transportation to and fro the island not readily there... so with that, talagang mas tumataas ang cost.
Siguro if at the same playing field, with the same access to resources and infrastructure, tapos OA pa rin ang pricing sa PH destination, then yun ang nakakagalit tlga.
