- Newly released police bodycam video shows Idaho murder suspect Bryan Kohberger getting pulled over by a cop. The stop took place on the campus of Washington State University, where Kohberger was a graduate student. The bodycam video was recorded last October, which was a month before the slayings of four University of Idaho students. In the new video, he's seen in a white Hyundai Elantra, which is the same type of car that cops searched for immediately after the murders.

What strikes me as weird is that he *never* smiles. Not even a hint of smile, even when the officer lets him off the hook with just a warning. Dude's rigid af.
Yep and the only time you do see him smile is when he smiles at his defense attorney but even then that was a forced smile.

It’s hilarious to me, all these comments about him being creepy, evil eyes. If this was a video about a normal guy questioning the ticket and law, you’d all be praising him. The assumption (As he hasn’t been proven guilty yet) is because everyone knows he’s 99% guilty of the horrific murders, he’s now creepy in past videos. He looks normal to me in this clip, inquisitive and a little nerdy. Monsters Parade as normal people, let’s not forget that, they most certainly don’t parade around as the devil or creepy, hence why they get away with things!
I’m glad someone else agrees, it’s just perception bias because he’s been accused of murder. He honestly doesn’t look creepy at least in this clip, he looks more relaxed and innocent since this was before the murders and no one would bat an eye about his eyes if he wasn’t accused.

She quoted the wrong RCW, which is about blocking the intersection if there's a gridlock ahead. BCK was correct to question her about it since he was making a left-turn and waiting for the oncoming traffic to clear until it was safe to proceed. He was polite and didn't take it any further. Good thing he only got a warning, and was not ticketed.

What? You’re allowed to be in the intersection if it’s green and yellow. Then, on the yellow, if you’re still waiting for some AH to race through, you wait again so you don’t get in an accident. Once it’s red and you’re sure no one else is trying to cram in, you go quickly. And only one car is supposed to be in intersection at once.

I agree, it's colored perception in hindsight. If he was just an ordinary guy, most people wouldn't see him as creepy. To be fair, I don't know anyone who would look happy when they see an officer approach. He actually reacted the same way anyone would react which is giving the officer the "what did I do" look, you really can't tell someone is a psychopath just by their eyes or facial expressions.
