Dragonball Xenoverse 2 How to make Spike The Devil Man

i been thinking about doing some more Dragonball Character's so i decided to make none other then Spike The Devil Man. back in the Day when i played Budokai Tenkaichi 3 he was one of the character's that was a pain to beat cause he would spam that one move of his if you know you know lol but also he was one of the best Cheap characters to play as if you were doing the battle mode and i wanted to make him as part of my CAC List. also if you want to you can give him a darker skin tone for example the 6th block on the same row also fits his skin tone or you can go down a block as well and you the 6th or 7th block
