I’m sure if it actually bothered any of you you’d say something but it just hurts me to see so much body shaming even though it’s friendly enough and definitely not out of a mean place, people often don’t realize that hearing that from others or themselves (again even if not intended) can have an impact on the person. Jay and Ash have both put in so much work and look incredible and it’s sad to hear.

I actually admire the fact that they can all laugh at each others mistakes, whether it's about body shape, size, or skill level. Everyone's fair game, & they can laugh at themselves, which I think takes the insult out of the comments. I come from a family of super-sensitive, insecure people, mostly in denial of obvious character & ability weaknesses, & I've always thought that a bit more straightforward honesty would have made life so much easier.

❤ I understand what you mean cus that is how its been for me since childhood and it affected my body image and my relationship with food. Im now 37 and go to the gym to «repair» my body after years of pain from endometriosis and adenomyosis.
But..i truly feel this group watches out for and truly cares about each other. I dont know which comment that made you react, but if its the one about Jays legs, I dont think the term used is looked at as negative as it did before. Like my goal in the gym is to have legs that can be described with that term.
