An accurate knowledge of facial topography and the dynamics of how the patient performs their basic oral functions - such as speaking, swallowing, and chewing - is essential and must form the basis of any analysis of intraoral aspects.The presentation discusses strategies of how to relate appropriately facial and intraoral aspects. You should be reported to the medical ethics board for convincing the middle white lady with blonde hairs teeth are bad and need veneers. Those were excellent teeth and any normal person would envy such beautiful teeth.
This is what happens when greed enters medicine and forms cosmetic medicine.

The patient came in with wanting improvement of her smile, nothing wrong with that. Ritul provided results that the patient wanted. I am confused as I would assume competence of individuals to make informed decisions for themselves unless they are challenged which I don't think is happening here. Perhaps you have had personal experience that may cause some bias on your subjective views of the world but hey, that lady wanted to improve her smile. Even assuming she had very good teeth (not in reality since she already has missing teeth, heavily restored teeth and toothwear that is evident), the best of the best can still become better. Having veneers can also encourage to patient to improve oral hygiene as they would want to keep those costly work for longer
