Thanks for the great vid. I have a deluge and nymphes and didn't know you could queue the sample record on the next pass. Really cool stuff. Digging the ambient vibes aswell
Thanks! They are a great pair. Yeah, the live sampling workflow took a bit of practice (and I still need more practice), but it is a lot of fun with some great potential.
Awesome musical production and orchestration. Really talented and inspired. Unique creative style. Brighting interpretation. I love. So sweet and smooth. A real peaceful and relaxing pleasure to listen. Full of poetry and spirit. Good for the mind and the soul. Big big big like for this luminous perform and brilliant sharing. Splendid.
Thank you for this beautiful demonstration! One question: why use the nymphes when the deluge has a powerful internal synth engine? That is a genuine question as i have the Deluge as well and would like to understand your reason for using an external synth instead. Thank you and have a nice day!
Hey thanks for taking the time. I love the Deluge internal synth engine (and it's only getting better with the community firmware) and almost always use it on its own, but sometimes I want more hands-on control and maybe a different flavour, so I like having little boxes I can use with the Deluge here and there. The Nymphes is ideal for this (to me), as it's small, sounds great and has faders to easily control parameters right away
@@seniorbeatbox Oh nice. I was there until fairly recently. Still getting the lay of the land in Hamilton, but need to pop back into Toronto more often too
@@BayMud i think ambient is a very flat matter;-) like you are relaxed because some ingredients are missing not to be relaxed. but thats very psychological treatment of haves and havents;-)
@@DJ-Lazy-Lodger Sounds like ambient music isn't something you enjoy. I figured a simple ambient jam would be a good way to demonstrate the sampling/sequencing tricks I wanted to showcase. In any case, thanks for stopping by.

Wonderful and good idea

very nice, where are you playing?
Thansk! I'll be playing at a place called Andiamo in Hamilton on Nov. 12 as part of an art event (live painting and art exhibit)
@@BayMud sounds cool, i don’t think i can make it but have a good night 😁 wait, is it a barber shop? even cooler!
@@seniorbeatbox Thanks! Yeah, it's barber shop/coffee shop/bar. Very cool space. Are you near Hamilton?
@@BayMud Toronto.. I should hit Hamilton more though, always interesting things happening

no contrast in it;-)
I'm not sure what you mean?
