Listening to Axel is to a point of helping me to cope with the passing of my mom two weeks ago and then the passing of my son Philip Blackbeard Black who passed away in Colorado August 5 from the COVID-19. He was 38 and did two tours in Iraq and got wounded. He was laid to rest at Fort Jackson National Cemetery September 10
That's why i am thankful i got my mother with me everyday, i hope you are ok and well through such a shitstorm buddy, is really aweful to read, best wishes for you.

I'm a huge axel rudi pell fan and I own all of his albums, except for this, but I'll still have to pick it up at the store. I also love Blackmore's night, got most of their stuff as well. That said, I think this is a great cover, but I would have expected ARP to deliver an even greater version, to be honest.

I am not overly fond of his version of this wonderful Blackmore's Night song. Though performed in a different musical style Pell doesn't possess the raw emotion of Ritchie's playing..in fact not many guitarists do. Great to hear Blackmore's Night being acknowledged though :)
You talk SHEER FLATULENCE! Axel Rudi Pell has his own style if he copied Blackmore note for note people like you would be saying what is this. The end solo on ARP's version is FANTASTIC , so stop making silly very turd-itional comments.
