Hi, I have the same situation with my 1961 mf35. Did you record the bearing numbers? I haven't taken my bearing off yet but wanted to start a list of parts that I need. One of my ring gear bolts came loose and broke off. Did a ton of damage. All the ring gear bolts are loose too!
Sorry to read about the destruction inside your differential. Did the gears escape any damage? As with the prices of gears it's cheaper to find another tractor for parts. I do still have the old bearing, the new bearing that I bought had completely different numbers, most websites list the sizes so I checked those and matched it like that. If you want the number on the bearing let me know and I'll find it, also I found that when searching more parts were available under the heading of FE35 than MF35.
