    생크림 캐잌은 좀 만들어봤지만 이런 디저트는 단계도 더 복잡하고 재료도 정성도 기술도 훨씬 더 들어가네요... 심지어 설거지도 장난 아닐거라는 게... 왜 어떤 디저트들은 그리도 비싼지... 진짜 알겠구여~~~ 그냥 사먹어야 갰어요. ㅎㅎ..특히 초콜릿 다루는 애들은 ... 넘 이쁘고 고급지고 맛있게 보여요

    비주얼이 너무 제 취향이라 집에서 만들어봤어요! 전체적으로 색조합도 너무 좋고 따듯한 느낌이 들어요ㅠㅠ 배합이 화이트초콜릿의 비중이 높은 제품이어서 그런지 많은 단맛이 느껴지는 케이크였어요 화이트초콜릿의 맛을 좋아하시거나 당도가 높은 케이크를 좋아하시는분들은 취향에 맞으실거같아요^_^ 무스케이크는 처음 만들어보는 제품이라 무스를 냉동시킬때 어느정도 냉동시켜야하는지 몰라서 한 2~3시간 냉동하고 빼려고 할때 덜 굳어서 상처나는 모습에 맴찢....^_ㅠ 다행히 글라사주 덮으니까 티가 안나더라구요ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 5~6시간이면 적당하려나요..ㅎㅎ 무튼 분님 채널에는 제 취향인 케이크들이 많은 것 같아요 앞으로 종종 집에서 만들어보겠습니다ㅎㅎ

      아무래도 무스케이크는 커피와 먹다 보니 단맛이 좀 나죠~^^
      냉동 시간은 ..
      사실 냉동실의 상태나 어떤 냉동고인지에 따라 달라져요😔
      최소한 영하25도 이하의 냉동고는 필수인 거 같아요.
      보통 ㅡ40도 까지에서 사용하거든요.
      그래서 집 냉동고라면..
      좀 오랜 시간을 얼리는 것이 나을 거 같아요.
      정말 몰드에서 빼다가 그러면 맴찢이죠..ㅜ
      저랑 취향이 비슷하다니..
      좋네요 ^^
      앞으로 자주 뵈어요~🥰

      코코아를 빼고도 충분히 황금색의 멋진 누가틴 만들 수 있어요~~
      물론..누가틴의 용도에 따라 레시피가 달라지긴 하지만요~~^^
      기본 레시피는..
      설탕 40.물 20.버터 10. 물엿 20
      여기에 원하시는 견과류 넣으시면 됩니다^^
      보통 황금 누가틴엔..
      슬라이스 아몬드를 가장 많이 이용합니다~~~^^
      그리고..카카오가루가 사용 안 할 때는.
      굳이..오븐을 사용하지 않고.
      냄비에서 카라멜라이징을 해서..
      바로 누가틴을 만들기도 해요~~
      황금색 누가틴으로도 예쁜 디저트 한 번 올리게요~~~❤💕😊

    저이거아침부터만들고있는데3번째실패했아요ㅋ영상대로 똑같이만들고있는데도 커스타드 만들때 계속분리일어나서몽글몽글계란찜비주얼나왔어요ㅋㅋ 기름도팔팔끓고ㅜㅜ
    ㅋ아까운 내바닐라빈ㅜ 뭐가문제일까요ㅜ 일단 기름제거하고 핸드믹서로 밤페이스트랑 섞으니 얼추 텍스쳐가그럴듯해져서 계속진행은했는데 맛이어떨지모르겠네요ㅋ 그래도 기대되요^^

      에구.. 우째요..ㅜㅜ
      커스터드 만들 때는 쉬지 않고 계속 저어 주어야 해요..
      어느 순간 확 몽글몽글해 지거든요..
      계속 저으면 뻑뻑해지다가 윤기가 돌면서 부드러워지는 텍스춰가 되어요.
      그럼 완성이에요.
      그리고 뭉쳐진 건 체에 한 번 내리면 매끈해진답니다~~

      @@BooneBake 그래도 성공했어요 너무맛있어서 4번째만들고내일 친정가지고가려고 지금한번더만드는중이에요~
      부모님드릴거라 설탕양을좀줄여보려구요ㅎ 그래도 커스터드 크림은매번실패하네요;계속저어도그래요ㅎ 바닐라빈이크고기름져서그런가ㅜ 그래도화이트초콜릿하고섞을때핸드믹서로섞으니 어느정도텍스쳐가나오더라구요ㅎ 참! 녹차무스가너무맛있어서 따로아이스크림으로 많이만들어서먹기도했어요~! 데코용녹차크림은 마카롱에도잘어울리네요~^^ 귀한레시피정말감사해요~ 많은유튜버님레시피를따라해봤지만 분베이커님레시피와퀄리티가제일제취향에맞아요ㅎ 앞으로도 열심히배워볼께요~

      소량 들어가는 것으로 제품을 ㅛㅏ기가 좀 그렇긴 하죠~^^
