In today's travel video we are going to visit Probolinggo, a small city in Indonesia (located on the East Java) located very closed to a national park housing 5 volcanoes!
We are going to rent a motorbike and then early in the morning take a ride to the volcano alone to enjoy the most stunning sunrise in Indonesia! As always there will be a lot of interesting in this episode, so get ready to enjoy this epic adventure and the Mount Bromo Tour 2023 (without Indonesian street food)!

next ke sini nya bulan2 musim kemarau, antara juni - september, paling bagus bulan agustus, komplit deh semuanya bisa keliatan. dari kabutnya yg gerak, sunrise sampai lautan pasirnya. tapi turun ke lautan pasirnya pagian ya, pas pasirnya masih padet karena embun, kalo udah siang, pasirnya kering jadi motor/mobil suka selip.

After finishing visiting bromo you should try climbing Mount Semeru, there is a lake that is so beautiful and you have to camp for 1 day on the lake called Lake Ranukumbolo. after from there you have to go to the tumpak sewu waterfall which is on the border of the cities of Lumajang and Malang and don't forget to visit Batu City because there are many tourist attractions there, after that just go to Banyuwangi, which is located at the easternmost island of Java, directly bordering the island of Bali, and you have to visit the crater Ijen and Baluran National Park after that just crossed to the island of Bali

I miss this place, the last time I came here was 16 years ago before I started my work in the capital city. I used to come here almost every other day back when I was still working part time as tour guide during my college days. Bromo was and still as magnificent as ever, the chilly weather, the sunrise and even the fog... maybe next time, when she's calmer and open again for hikers, you should go to Semeru. it's even more magnificent as you can get the view of the southern Sea of Java from it's top. Semeru has been pretty cranky in the past couple of years, her crankiness took several lives and destroyed several villages, road and bridges. growing up in a town surrounded by volcanoes, humbles me so much. made me always remember how small I am before the mother nature...

Nice video… I walked that same volcano ridge 27 years ago… back then you could hike around that crater and not see anyone else all day… you could be the only visiter.

Mount Kelud crater in Kediri can be reach by motorbike from the parking area. But may be because the eruption of Mount Kelud usually a big . So sometime they close the Mount Kelud to avoid victims of the eruption. The scenery around the crater also beautiful when in the normal situation.

I experienced the dust, sulfer smell and Moon like terrain of volcanoes in Hawaii…. and I remember how small it makes you feel to be so close to such a powerful force of nature. I thoroughly enjoyed watching your trek though it was very amusing to have to wait over 36 minutes into the video before I saw even a hint of food! haha… this truly was a hungry adventure!
