Don't do it they are scam artists. It looks nothing like that. They will tell you that your $300 application deposit on the apartment you have not seen is refundable then refuse to give it back when you finally see their dump of a place and don't want it. Two words come to mind.... low grade and sketchy. I have given up on getting my money back. Don't make the same mistake I did.
