    The way that Tylee overheard her mom saying on the phone that Tylee was “dark” and Tylee trying to tell her she’s not… the betrayal that poor girl must have felt when she was killed is horrendous

    • @Stelpots
      @Stelpots 10 หลายเดือนก่อน +15

      Absolutely. All the deaths are awful and tragic but there's something about Tylee for me that hits me harder. I felt so bad for her in the interview room after Charles was killed. She was so anxious and upset while Lori is next door, all cheerful. I think Tylee knew her mum was going off her rocker and Tylee did her best to be there for JJ and protect him. That's why they had to kill her first because she'd never let anyone hurt JJ. And then what they did to her body... That poor girl. And then thinking of little JJ, all alone with these monsters after Tylee was gone. It's just gut wrenching. And it's all for nothing but huge ego's, lust, money and some made up, BS stories?

    • @oceanstaiga5928
      @oceanstaiga5928 9 หลายเดือนก่อน +12

      @@Stelpots she really must have realised things were not normal after her step dad was killed. As you say her interview then is painful to watch. She was old enough to put two and two together of what happened to the step dad after he got deemed dark. JJ probably didn’t understand which is another way of terrible. Both of them deserved so much more in life and a mother that loves them. Even worse that it’s such senseless deaths. Innocence stolen for nothing.

    • @Stelpots
      @Stelpots 9 หลายเดือนก่อน +10

      @@oceanstaiga5928 And when you think back to when Tylee was little, her mother using her to hurt Joe Ryan. Even making her lie about him S Assaulting her and putting her through invasive examinations to determine if this happened... What kind of mother does that? And I will always believe that she only agreed to adopt JJ because it made her look good, adopting this little boy with difficulties. I mean, she always referred to him as "my niece's drug baby" just to let people know he wasn't any regular kid she was adopting. She's rotten to the core and always has been. And Chad ain't no better.

    • @IndywithoutJazmin
      @IndywithoutJazmin 5 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      But tylee seemed to have had absolutely No Problems with helping her mother and uncle in setting up and carrying out the murder and cover up of the only real father she ever had, the one who bought and paid for her Jeep and pretty much everything else she had.
      All I'm sayin' is that there may be other victims who were far more betrayed than tylee in this unbelievably sick, sad story (smh).

    • @oceanstaiga5928
      @oceanstaiga5928 5 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      @@IndywithoutJazmin I do agree on that point, but it’s also always important to consider that she was living with Lori and probably highly incentivised to be “on loris side”. Certainly wouldn’t be the first time a child stuck with the problematic parent after a divorce despite clear red flags.

    Melani Boudreaux Pawlowski is so guilty in this. Why she’s not being charged is just infuriating. Why?? She was the only one who knew Brandon’s new address. And she stood to gain. Not Lori or Chad. Melanie was 100% involved in this.

      Agreed. And Melanie Gibb too. She lied to LE and the private detective and hasn't been charged with anything. Both of them are despicable and should be charged. And another thing that enrages me is Melanie Gibb's first police interview. She was all jovial, laughing and joking as if she were invited for afternoon tea, and then she was trashing Tylee. l have issues with the Cox family. They could have stopped all this from the beginning when Charles told them. Because during her divorce from Joe Ryan, in 2007 she was psychologically evaulated and it concluded, she has some kind of personality disorder and she wasn't safe around the children. The issues Charles brought up about Lori Vallow wasn't new, it wasn't a surprise to the Cox family. Yet they never looked into it when Charles was murdered, when Lori Vallow took the kids away, when they couldn't get to the kids on the phone. l think some of kind of personality disorder runs through all the Coxes, may it be narcissist disorder or sociopathy....

    The fact that Melanie gibb just walks away from this after helping lori the entire time, helped mislead police and lied about JJ. So what she testified, she was there every step of the way. Saying you didn't believe it in retrospect is absolute bullshit. She was there through all of it and helped lori do it.

    The monetary component was paramount in these heinous crimes.
    Once she became aware the million dollar beneficiary was changed to Kay, panic set in.
    There was no choice but to unalive Tammy & accept the insurance settlement.
    Foolish as Tammy was the bread winner & his business produced nickels.
    Everyone can seem to recall they spent over 250k in a very short period of time living the lifestyle of a Bezos.
    What in the heck was going to happen when the cash ran dry ?
    Other than the government support for JJ & a small pension allotted to Tylee, They both did not have any visible signs of any income.
    I have posted previously: " Once The Money Was Gone, So Was She. "
    There is no way in heck she was going to stay with a pauper & live in a modest home, She would have been actively seeking out a new husband who could afford her lifestyle & would have left CD penniless.

    When Mary & I divorced in June of '92, after close to 17 years of marriage, it was done as gently as a divorce can be done. It was uncontested : we divided what we had very fairly, & I agreed to sell my half of our property to her for a fair sum., which she borrowed from her parents. In short, hard as it was, we did it right. the LAST thing either of us wished to do, was to make things harder. I'm proud of how we handled ourselves.. Why these 2 acted how they did, is the crux of this tragedy. -----------------MJL, 77 y/o
