Recipe for 50 gyoza dumplings directly from my parents' house
50 gyoza dumpling skins
300 g ground pork
1 bunch chives
1 leek
Kimchi (about a fistful)
5 garlic cloves
Ginger 👌 about the size of a round
Seasoning
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon olive oil
1.5 tablespoons miso
1 bag powdered dashi
Directions
Finely chop vegetables.
In a bowl, combine chopped vegetables, ground pork and seasonings.
Mix evenly and wrap in the skin.
Grilling method
First over high heat.
Add hot water and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes.
When the water is gone, brown the skin over high heat.
Sprinkle a dash of sesame oil at the end.

Cucumber and Ginger Salad Recipe
2 cucumbers

Salt to taste
Soy sauce to taste
Sesame oil to taste
Directions
Cut cucumber into bite-size pieces.
Put cucumber in a bowl and rub with salt.
Cut ginger into thin strips.
Season with soy sauce and sesame oil.
