Mrs. Ilana was a very intelligent lady.
It was such a joy to listen to her amazing life as a little girl during the holocaust.
    Loud and clear.
She was a publick speaker , I see.
One of the most interesing testimony.
Her family must be very proud of her.
All the best to her family .
    Praying for Israel daily .
    Shalom from Finland, Europe.💙🤍🙏🙏🙏

Watching from New Zealand. What a wonderful testimony from this lovely lady, who endured so much during the Holocaust.

I listen to all these memories from surviving Holocaust survivors, spellbound. They are stories from past times that are so
different from how we live today. Materially so well off, we lack the sense of belonging and community that these Jewish
peoples had. Family meant everything and the Mother was mostly at home caring for children, cooking and looking after
the home. We lack that today. I admire the faith and traditions that their Jewishness held, the sense of belonging and the
rich tapestry of their lives, rich or poor that held them together - often from persecutions. Whoever would have thought
of what was waiting around the corner for them, absolute hell on earth, never to be forgotten or forgiven. May God bless
them all and may all the world hold them in their hearts.

Very uplifting story from a very courageous woman. She didn’t mentioned the fate of her father and mother when they didn’t returned. I am happy to see her live her life to the fullest. She seems happy and contented and that’s all that matters.🥰🕎✡️🎗️🎗️💕💕

This is the first antagonistic and unpleasant survivor I have heard interviewed. At least she has a healthy ego and after what they went through, that is a good thing.i commend the interviewer for remaining steady and kind throughout the interview.

I find it fascinating how she used her imagination to help her cope.

I know it’s probably part of the protocol but they should do away with having them spell the names of relatives etc

The interviewers are terrible. You have living history right in front of you and you can't even follow her story and ask intelligent questions

I do not think the survivor should quiz the interviewer.
She should just tell her story.
Usually I fault the interviewer for shortcomings. But I have to say this was a hostile attitude on part of the survivor.
I understand she is working through grief. But it weakens the testimony.
I still appreciate the survivor for the talk, but it wasn't the strongest it could be because her constant putting the interviewer on the defense!

Such a bossy lady ..how many times did she say the same thing...over and over! Interesting story but her presentation was awful. Bless her

Seriously you're going to question the temperament of an 88 year old Holocaust survivor? Shame on you

@@jeffreykuhn965 being a survivor is fantastic, just her bossiness and questioning the interviewer...WTF was up with that...showing off her intelligence and superiority

@@cherylsumner5240 No...believe she is still a very sharp 88 y/old lady (good for her) and perhaps thought (as most 'thinking' people would) the interviewer could be using the 'same' thinking skills plus some common sense !!
