    Do you have a specific shot that you tend to make more errors on?

      @@baccarani1507 so for the smash i would practice the drills in 3 directions. Up, up and right, and up and left.

    "do you know what you are suppose to do, and are you capable of making it happen". GREAT point there.

      Yeah it's the reality, we can't hit like fed if our bodies don't work like his.

    Excellent tips about a very under-reported subject in tennis. Love your unique angle on teaching tennis.

    The drills are effective because I realize that it is difficult to make the second session only few minutes after the first one. I cannot do it more than twice a day so far. It will take time but I got a good improvement

      Yes, depending how your system is functioning, it can be very tiring. Visual fatigue is one of the reasons people make errors at the end of matches.

    If I try to completely concentrate on the ball, I am off a little bit. And even if you look like Murray and many other don't look at the ball exactly. It all depends how good your peripheral vision is.

    • @TennisHacker
      @TennisHacker  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes it does. Those players can do what they do through insane peripheral vision and amazing predictive ability.

    Interesting video but after 6 minutes, I didn't understand the actual technique about improving ball tracing. I'm aware of watching the ball but I expected the video to be about how to achieve that. Maybe I'm just too daft.

      At the 6 minute mark i was explaining about the different types of eye movements. I showed the drills at around 8 minutes.

    I like the idea of your video. But it is really hard to follow you the full 10 minutes because you talk without a break
