    It's a good thing you had Randy on here because I feel like I could trust his input. You need to tailor your approach to seasoned business owners who've heard every pitch before. "What's the best that could happen?" Really?

    They make it sound easy, but believe me, it’s not easy to get a loan from the SBA!!!

      Nothing in life with worth pursuing is easy. But I've gotten two SBA loans for my own business. It's not impossible.

    Hi Mr. Juan, can you apply for this loan if you want to acquire a residential property to use for your business instead of a commercial property?

    • @SageRealEstate
      @SageRealEstate  หลายเดือนก่อน

      And all depends on the zoning if the zoning is commercial, you might get away with it, but you do have to use it for office use.

    Good information here...first time seeing your channel. Question for start-up, for-profit: should we lease for one year first to show sales/profit history before applying for an SBA commercial real-estate loan?

    • @SageRealEstate
      @SageRealEstate  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      That's a great idea but you might need more than one year. SBA might require two years.

      @@SageRealEstate what about an owner occupied residential & commercial mixed use property?,

    • @SageRealEstate
      @SageRealEstate  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@MsCarmendeleon good question. Mixed use properties are approved by SBA only when the commercial space is more than 50% of the entire square footage.

    SBA loans are the hardest and longest application, SBA is a joke, I’m a small business owner, I’ve tried 3 times to get a loan, this loan is not a guaranteed, even professional can’t get a loan, these guys are liers as far as SBA loan, it’s not easy to get

      I think you have had a bad experience. SBA loans are equivalent to FHA loans and both have effectively provided opportunities for homeowners and business owners. It's the gateway to generational wealth. Paying rent is a losing game!!
