Baki kigma agr IAAR sa register ho jai tu maybe list A ma a jai.Lakin kuchbkeh nai sakta, wase bh Kyrgyzstan list 2 ma ha.

Sorry, but i donot know about chinese licence requirements
But it is not necessary to take licence from same country, licence may be from any country of list 1 or 2
In china, may be you have not to pass some sort for exam as in America & UK

Is mbbs good from foreign countries?
Depends upon in which country you are going.
If you are going in countries like kyrgzstan & Uzbekistan it is cheap but not the best option and even in ukraine it is not good.
But in other countries like china, Kazakhstan which is in list 1 of pmc is good option.
Degree of colleges of these countries also have some worth.
As, other countries of Europe is more expensive for living.
Foreign doctors are same as graduates from pakistan, when they have cleared NLE.
So, nothing is wrong with Mbbs in foreign countries.
