Lets make a very simple 2 transistor FM transmitter
In this video i will show you how to make a
FM Transmitter that is very easy to build and get working.
See how i make a very simple circuit board.
    Frequency: 93Mhz - 99Mhz
    Current consumption: 13mA at 9v
Working Voltage: 3v - 12v ,more Voltage more transmission range !
    Stability: Not bad
    Transmission range: Antenna 165cm=
800ft+ , Penetrates through walls and ceilings.
RF Power: about 4.45mW RF output
    PLEASE NOTE
The videos I make take a lot of time to film and edit ,I know I don't make many videos and that I will improve on in the future ,any donations are welcome to my PayPal account at: dazaro@blueyonder.co.uk
    Thanks

I just watched this again and not only do you show how to build it without any special parts but with the clips showing where your soldering one could actually learn how to read a electronic print (schematic) as well! wish I could have seen these when I first started out-sure would have made my life easier lol

Just built this circuit today using all amd parts on a piece of proto-board. I didn't have any 2n3904 so I used BC817's. It worked quite well - better than i thought it would actually ☺
Edit: Forget to mention, I also only used 2 AAA batteries to power it and it still worked pretty good!

Hey daz, awesome! I'd like to build a boost converter to power the front end amplification stage, with a MOSFET or high power BJT transistor as the front end rf amplifier; with only a single 9V or 12V battery or even an electric bike battery... perhaps a daisy chain could be useful on the front end and the frequency may be altered within the VHF range to some non-interfering channel

Hey, thanks for the vids. Unfortunately haven't managed yet to get one working!
I think the weak point it my coil.
Can you use copper wire? I've also attempted to break apart the coils in a transformer, but no luck!
I've seen variable inductance Hollow coil inductors on alibaba , but am wondering what the inductance of the coil should be and whether it could be replaced even with standard solid inductors.
    Thanks!

dazaro3 I built this one and it works great, thanks. I modified a small transistor radio so I can receive it outside the broadcast band around 80 MHz. In my case the signal has to go through 3 walls so the range is only 60 meters (~ 60 yards). How can I modify it so I get a little more power, can you recommend a high frequency transistor to replace the 2N3904? Or any other way to boost the signal, maybe an additional stage between the mic amp and the transmitter?

Fun, I started building my first circuits without any board, then I started to use thick cardboard as a base. But now I have couple square feets of copper clad board in stock practically everytime. It is fun, but when it comes to more complex circuits, wiring that will be pain in the butt

I've tried making two circuits so far but none of them work, I don't know what I'm missing but I think I need to understand how every component works in an fm transmitter, if you can make a video explaining the basic principle of how every component works in a fm transmitter, that'd be really amazing...

For most part the frequency is set by the tank circuit. Thats the 33pf capacitor and the inductor ,that the 5 turn coil.
You can only use a 30pf capacitor. Or 2 x 15pf in Parallel to make 30pf or 2 x 60pf in Series to make 30pf.
