My Doctor was surprised when at 42 I told him I was going thru the change. By 44 I was finished. He said he never had seen someone that young go thru the change. Most of the women in my family go thru around that age.
My doctor told me the samething,,,,, sometimes I thought I was going to burn myself in pieces, and they kept on telling me that I was not going through ,,,, I was going through those hot flashes in the middle of the night waking me up sweating like I was going to die, always having to have a fan next to me and the AC down to 60,,,, it is menopause,,,, Believe it or not, but I hate to say, they don’t know what they’re talking about 🥹
I was 38 when I started. Doctors wouldn't even test my levels because they just wouldn't believe me. I knew I was into menopause. I drove myself and my family 😢 nuts with my mood swings. Oh those hot flashes too. Finally at age 40 my OBGYN finally tested me. Came back in the office with his head hanging low and would hardly look at me when he told me my estrogen levels were bottomed out. What a relief to know that I wasn't going crazy, but also so mad for 3 doctors for not believing me. Took over the counter natural supplements to help me instead of the doctor's recommended estrogen prescription. I ended at age 46.

When I was in a grocery store and got a hot flash, I went to the freezers opened the door and pretended I was looking for something.😅 When me and all my friends worked together in a room doing our job we all had fans at out desks, our room was a sterile room, but if the boss was at the door the guys would tell us to hurry and hide our fans. When I started menopause, my period stopped in one day and I never had anything after that. My hot flashes were so strong that they were literally painful. I would have three hot flashes per five minutes and it went on all day long that lasted for about two years. I didn’t take any hormones, I didn’t take any creams, I did it all bareback and I know that it’s a difficult thing to do, but those hormones are no good. But I would be taking extra clothes off and I was wearing tank tops in January. I actually thought I was pregnant because I missed a period for three months and when they did a pregnancy test it was negative and when they did a blood test, I came back being post menopause. I had been in perimenopause for probably five years. And then one day my period just stopped never had another drop a day after that.
I also seen those socks. But they were all size 10+. They were too big for me so i didnt grab them 🫤 I am looking forward to hunting the Happy Planner stickers. I still have the ones i found like 2 years ago.
Your going thruogh the change girl I have driven around in the dead of winter with my car windows down and tha AC on I have practically striped down to my undies I so understand the struggle is real ice packs on the back of your kneck down your pants is a God send. I've been out of touch with you. I fell and broke my shoulder duh. My pup ran into my leg. Down I went Duh. Last may I had a hysterectomy and out of commission 🎉 for a long time. God bless 🙏 you and yours
You could easily be in perimenopause. I went through menopause in my mid 40’s due to surgery (ovary removed due to cysts) and immediately after starting having horrible hot flushes that would wake me up at night. It’s miserable! Praying they ease off for you 🙏🏻 My Sadie Rose heard Josie and had to come running to see who that was. It’s why I call her Nosy Rosie! Have a great day 😊

Yeah I don't get it we live in this body 24/7 and they see us once in a blue moon. They act like we are lying about it.

The planner stickers were at walmart last year or 2 years ago. The balloon hoop thing your missing a peice. The balloon goes bigger than that.
