My family rescued a flame point named Almost. When I took him to the shelter to get fixed, that’s when the lady at the shelter said he was a flame point when I asked her what breed he was. I’ve had him for around 2 years so far and he is a blessing. 😍
I got my blue point Siamese about 4 months ago. He’s my best friend! & my very first pet (I’m 27) he loves to talk & cuddles more than any other cat I’ve ever met. We are codependent on each other😭😹🖤🖤
thanks for the vid. my cat had all the characteristics of a siamese but her face and paws, unlike other siameses, were spotted. turns out she's just a tortie
Iv got lynxpoint tabby and sealpoint best cat but nauty. They open everythink included fridge. Iv got carvan yes they come away with me they are indoor cats love carvan
My cats mum is Siamese, but you wouldn't know by looking at my cat. Her mum is the black one, but my cat looks like a tortoise shell cat but with a long body. She's very odd looking 😂
You did not even show a photo of the Snowshoe Siamese. I have 3 beautiful Snowshoe male cats and they are my world. I was excited to see Snowshoe in your video. But you completely snubbed them!
That’s because Snowshoes were purposely bred with Domestic Shorthairs. They are a breed of their own….not true Meezers. Snowshoes are unique all their own. From Wikipedia: In the 1960s, a cat owned by Siamese cat breeder Dorothy Hinds-Daugherty produced a litter of Siamese kittens in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Three of the kittens had unique markings, consisting of white points and feet.[2] Intrigued by their looks, she began working to breed cats like them, using seal point Siamese with bicolour American Shorthairs.[3] The offspring of those cats lacked the Siamese points, but by breeding the offspring to Siamese cats, the desired look was accomplished. We have a Applehead Seal point, an Old World Seal point, and an Applehead Chocolate Point.
I have a Lynx Point Siamese cat and she is 12 years old now.. I got her when she was just 3 months old.. Cleo and I are growing old together... 😇
I hope you and Cleo have many many more happy hears together!
Do you have the paperwork to prove it?
Thanks for mentioning the tortoiseshell, you are the first video that I had seen them mention and as an owner of one, that makes me very happy! :D

The long furred cat you featured as an Apple head Siamese is actually a Balinese cat.

Very easy to happen because cats can share a lot of seeming characteristics, when the coats match it's easy to assume they're a well known breed.

Siamese come in only a few points thus being a pure breed. All others are not.
