Elliott Sharp + Franco Marrocco

Sharp Stone was a presentation of Building Bridges Art Foundation and Cafe Mode at Bergamot Station Art Center in Santa Monica, CA on March 19, 2014. The gallery was presenting works on paper by artist Franco Marrocco at the time. Kio Griffith brought in two electronic music masters, Carl Stone and Elliot Sharp. Both performed solo and then played together.

The problem with experimental musicians is their focus on how music sounds rather than how to awaken the spirit and for this type of music the spirit is the key. How to awaken your spirit has nothing to do with music, but when the spirit is wake up the music start sound magical! You don't need to listen to see if the spirit is wake up, Sharp failed to do so in this clip, too much forcing is killing the spirit!
