I don’t usually get sad or emotional when celebrities die, but Luke Bell always makes me tear up hearing him.
He left us way to young and his music is so missed.
I like his style!

I love this song. Something new and different. Bell has a great voice and style. Give his albums a listen.

I've heard his name, but never listened to his music. Sounds good to me. I haven't been here much lately. Kind of got stuck on the new albums Jinks released. Our concert was cancelled last night for a security threat. I hope they catch the POS!

Never heard of Luke Bell...but I liked the song alot. It had a progressive Western and even Alt-country sound to it but was done well. How about those Astros??? Really seemed to pull it together just in time. Should be a pretty tense game tonight...I just hope the Trump-haters don't try to pull some stunt and ruin the fun for everybody!
Not following too closely, but was glad the Stros made a series of it. The Longhorns had a tough go of it, as did the Razorbacks. LSU is legit.
@@RockN2Country Yeah...LSU and Ohio look really good this year. After watching Texas struggle so hard against Kansas last week, I didn't have alot of hope for them against TCU. That TCU defense has always been tough and pretty much shut them down by the 2nd half. My only consolation was seeing OU fall :-)
@David Emswiler Yeah, that KSU win was as crazy as Illinois beating Wisconsin last weekend as 30-pt. dogs. tOSU is strong everywhere, but they'll be tested when they play PSU and Michigan. Clemson looks good, Bama is Bama, so it's tough to say who gets into the playoff right now. They'll expand the playoff to eight teams in the not-too-distant future, which I think is a good move.

You should review Ian Noe. Plenty of great songs to listen to.. If Today Doesn't Do Me In, Methhead, Dead On The River, Between the Country.... basically anything from his current debut album. If you like story tellers and unique voices, you will like Ian Noe. Kinda like Colter Wall as far as uniqueness goes in my opinion.

When you're aware that he killed himself due to bipolar disorder in 2022 with a fentanyl overdose, his lyrics take on a more metaphorical meaning.

Maybe I'm just crazy...vocally he sounds if Arlo Guthrie did country instead of being an old folkie. The music reminds me of "City of New Orleans".
Like the lyrics...thought we were going to hear a story song...last verse made it sound like he wasn't going to lose his fire or get old...and then he left it open ended....cool song all the way thru.
Ones toy I’m not sure if he meant a rodeo or a Spanish bullfighter how ever as a person looking to become a matador both I and most other matadors would rather die in the ring then retire we live by a you only have one life mentality and if you are killed by a bull well you where going to die that day anyway at least you died with glory in the plaza

Yeah... I can't think, not really my jam I guess, I like the music, but I think the lyrics were a bit repetitive for me, I'm a Janis Joplin/John Prine girl, I'm giving it a 6 the music itself was good, but I feel like something was missing
