    Thank you :) This facial video brings together beauty school and spa routines, all together it's a beautiful facial to perform. Good luck with your new career in the beauty industry!

    Great video! I’m a cosmetology student and facials are some of my favorite services to perform. I love that you cover aromatherapy. We have a line of essential oils but I feel intimidated to use them. I like your suggestions. 🥰👍🏻🙌🏻💕

    Thank you :) I'm currently uploading a facial massage video right now, it will be up on youtube in a few hours. Blackheads are hard to get rid off but the best way I've found is to use steam with exfolation. We use a steamer over the face but you can will this with your head under a towel over a bowl with hot water, the steam opens the pores and when you exfoliate at the same time it gives you a DEEP cleanse. Sometimes steaming can initially cause break outs but the skin will be better off.

    Thank you for the lovely compliment, congratulations on graduating! Exciting times. My advice is to be willing to try, not be scared of trying and failing, failing means you have figured out how not to do something so that you can do better next time, also ask questions, heaps of questions of other therapists that you would with, join a beautician forum on facebook where other therapists share and help each other with advice and lastly always keep developing, do post grade courses

    I absolutely love this. I trained with Aveda as well so it’s lovely to see the way you’ve customized some Aveda movements and rituals to use in your own signature facials. 💜

      Yes I love aveda rituals, I feel like the aveda routine is one of the most caring and beautiful facials I’ve come across as a therapist.

    I found the nostril tip very informative, applying oil to the hot towels is genius and I love your brush technique. In addition you have simplified applying cleanser for me (such a smooth transition). I can't wait to go to class and practice. Thank you for your videos.

    ASMR is a tingling sensation and a pleasure feeling (auto sensory meridien response) especially nowadays whenever a person watching a massage video. it help them to sleep or feeling fresh.

    • @galaxydreaming
      @galaxydreaming  11 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes thats the great thing, these fit any head. You can wash them too but don't put them in the dryer or they start to look a bit warped.

    I recently got a facial at a salon that is a combination of the threading salon and also Aveda. I really loved the facial and seeing this video reminded me of it because you do many of the same techniques that the lady did on me. Especially about the oils. Citrus scents are the best ^-^

  • @galaxydreaming

    Um no not sure in America but it would depend on whether you are visiting a salon or spa too and the area which would influence the price. I worked in a 5 room spa during this type of facial and they charged $55 NZD :)

    HI there, the supplier in NZ is called beautycare. The headbands are actually sold in their catalog as bras (like for tanning and body treatments) but because it is stretchy and washable it doubles as a headband really well :)

    Lovely video! Watched the whole way through. I do have one question about the toner, I've noticed many people do this in their practice and I'd love to hear the logic behind it.
    Although I do know toner restores the balance in the skin (pH) and may remove excess makeup, oil, debris etc. that the cleansing missed, I am wondering why you would put a toner on when its just going to be scrubbed off with the exfoliator. Everyone has different methods and I appreciate you posting your video.Thank you!

    • @tenniseeparkinson7990
      @tenniseeparkinson7990 9 ปีที่แล้ว

      +Easha Lam cleansers usually strip your skin of its natural oils and breaks down your skins pH level and toners restores that pH balance:) exfoliators probably dont strip your skin like cleansers do so it probably wasnt a waste of product:)

    Where did u buy true headbands!?

    • @galaxydreaming
      @galaxydreaming  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Basically its not a headband, it's a disposable bra that is elastic, you can wash and reuse them. The company I got them through doesn't exist anymore so you're best to go on amazon and look for disposable bra and find something thats a liner same style.
