I wouldn't say its the best. The Final Form does a lot of damage on its abilities and the movement on the fruit itself is pretty good, but for casual grinding i would say Pika is much better. But it is still a very good fruit.

Every flight is much slower while in combat. If you weren't in combat then I'm not sure why. Probably the white and black lines don't show due to you not having max graphics. I have no clue
