@@___Artemis___ we can see that the room, being looked into, contains the car daz set off, and crashed into the wall. it's a one way window, it cannot be seen when in the kid's room; it's purposed to observe the children, without their knowledge.

Yea he talks about eating all of his friends 😭 the cardboard cut outs have a lott of lore ! A lot of them kind of just tell you what they sounded like when they died since they end up screaming in pain at the end
Little theory here. Ollie is the prototype, he's tricking poppy and you, making you doo all this stuff so he can get out of the factory. He wants out. The tape shows he has a multitude of voices that keeps changing and some words is a little boy's voice. The prototype we have to assume is one of if not the first toy, so he has endured torture the longest, he also stated he learns with every test on him. He would easily know how to lie and manipulate people. We never see Ollie at all, and the tube that gives the keys seemingly only leads up and out of the statue, we know the prototype gets around and he always seems to turn up when a toy is alone or dead. Ollie knows where you are throughout the game and only asks if you are okay after specific points, points where other toys appeared, toys you killed or left alone and revealed the locations of. The prototype clearly doesn't have a fully defined form and likely never got a full body and is potentially a semi built skeleton. So he wants all the other toys to build himself the perfect body using the best bits of the toys, he learns from how they all die and is adapting himself to not have those weaknesses. He is going to be the "perfect" toy, a symbol of the horrors of the company and a reflection of each toy. He's not chasing or hunting you, he's letting you do all the work for him and reaping the rewards. If he has no true body, he can't fight the toys, so he gets you to do it. How do we know he's using them to build himself? Mommy longlegs "He'll make me a part of him!"

I love how both CatNap and Mrs. D are like “if you leave I won’t harm you.” But you have only one direction to go, so they basically tell you to leave, you try to leave/continue in the only way you can….and they get pissed. Like if you want me to leave, clear out a quick path to the exit.
I'm pretty sure the prototype is the golden Daisy statue in that one guys office and in the other posters around the game, they gave similar straight wire bodies compared to the curly box one
Daz is one of the few gamers I've seen who hasn't made fun of the voice acting in the first tape. A lot of gamers act like the voice actress is going too far in that tape, but it makes perfect sense. This is a parental figure terrified for the safety of their surrogate child, frustrated with their inability to help, of course the scream is gonna sound over the top, the poor woman is being tortured.
For anyone who doesn't know, all the dead toys and things around the factory are all the bodies of the dead people. They represent people. They're displayed as toys as a way to censor the gruesome deaths they all experienced and because I can't imagine it'd be nice to have dead children bodies all over the place But If you look closely at all the areas you find these bodies you can see the stories behind them, like how people try to crawl away but are dragged back by Catnap, or how people hide in vents but are ultimately killed. Or how you find the body of what could be a baby in the cribs. it's all pretty scary but I recommend looking back or playing it yourself and seeing all the bodies and then imagining them as people
pretty sure the bodies of the toys are living toys. they said they dragged the bodies of the humans down belew to never be found, the bodies of the little toys are the small living toys that the larger ones kill and eat. like what we see with the little bunzo bunny in the offices when catnap attacks him.
There was supposed to be creepy music playing during the Miss Delight part. I guess it didn’t cue in due to a glitch or a bug but honestly it’s a lot more creepier without it. Hearing her high heels move and her laugh is really terrifying.
imma be real, there really wasn't music in the playthrough, like in the elevator in the playcare, where there's supposed to be "whimsical" music, so I think it's Daz's settings. :/
I played most of the game thinking his name was Catnip since when I saw the animation in the beginning and heard Catnap and they all like just became crazy over him my brain auto corrected it as Catnip bc that’s how cats act around catnip 💀

It's used to induce sleep but I think it can also cause hallucinations which is why the red gas makes others fall asleep It's the same kind of poppy that is infused in Poppy's hair since they said her hair smelled like poppy flowers. Regular poppies don't have much of a smell but opioid poppies do
The convo between the scientist and the prototype is bone chilling. The way it's learning and growing stronger with new information is horrifying. And the way its voice changes is so creepy.

I love Daz thinking it’s kids soul’s possessing the toys. It seems so tame in comparisons to orphans having their brains and nervous systems implanted into these massive dolls
Kissy Missy is the pink “huggy” she’s one of the very few “monsters” on your side. There’s still many monsters we haven’t come across like daddy and baby long legs, Boxy Boo which is the that jack-in-the-box monster and some others. People are speculating that Kissy was attacked by the prototype or possibly a monster that we have not come across like the ones i mentioned. Extremely excited for Chapter 4 can’t wait
I think there might be another monster that Poppy doesn't know about because why would the prototype just attack Kissy when he has been taking the bodies of Huggy, Mommy and Catnap when the player kills them? But of course Kissy is on the players side so maybe it could've been the prototype or another monster doing the prototypes bidding. Idk. It's just a theory.
Honestly at first I just assumed it was the e prototype since that’s what we’re lead to believe is the last thing to go against and kill, but there are monsters we haven’t yet seen like you said. I get the feeling it could be daddy long legs looking for his mommy long legs and wants to get revenge for her. It could also be boxy boo the Jack in the box since that’s the one that was least seen and heard about other than seeing it on that tape. if it was part of the hour of joy then maybe it could be the one that killed kissy to try and stop us from going any further or because kissy was on our side and it felt portrayed. Honestly it could honestly be many of the monsters we haven’t yet seen but the possibilities is either revenge, twisted anger because of portrayal, or the prototypes bidding. Either way it makes the next chapter to be exciting for when it comes about
Also given with the lore, the only sounds we hear at the end are the sounds made by kissy, my guess is the prototype isn’t attacking her physically but psychologically as that is one of his abilities

I have watched Daz play chapter 2 like a thousands times while drawing or cleaning because his commentary is SOOO good, so you have NO IDEA how long I’ve waited for this
at 1:45:55 is when I got an ad for Grammarly - until then I had been so tense and so scared. I then just looked at the ad for a prolonged amount of time until I got back to the chase scene and started getting super tense again. Daz does not fail us to feel the emotion he is feeling - even if interrupted by a Grammarly ad. Respect -

Chapter 4 is set to release the month of my birthday in January 2025 so we have about one month left until the release. One thing I find sad is the more "subtle" story telling. Like it says the cat made this its hunting grounds, this is where children were taken and kept captive from their parents, besides the nightmares and awful things the children saw due to the cat which were already horrific, they clearly were left alive/abandoned as they were slowly hunted and picked off, and that is shown in the spiked barricades they made, the hung/impaled toys, probably out of fear they'll come alive or as warnings for the toys that were slowly offing them, and the messages they had written. Like it shows such a sad story about the kids in that area, but sorta leaves you to piece it together and notice

onto lore and theories: 0. There is a part in the play through where the audio is backwards, when reversed it says “1995 You were supposed to be here. Why weren't you here ? you miss the event! you miss the meeting! you missed the party! You have no right to be here 8..8...1995. I find your presence intrusive after all this time you return, you come in here and you kill and murder, you poverized and destroyed. Your presence was demanded 10 years ago and it didn't show up 8...8 1995 You were supposed to be here why weren't you here?" It’s speaking directly to the player, and as we know, the player wasn’t present at work on that day but was needed for something important, perhaps something work related or maybe, we were meant to play a hand in the hour of joy. 1. In the teal tape, Mrs. Harper was the caretaker assigned to Marie Payne, a female orphan child who was turned into the living toy Mommy Long Legs. 2. Mrs Delight was tortured by her fellow Delight sisters, after “the hour of joy”. Mrs Delight is also one of the only known toys currently to have a guilty conscience, in voice recordings and notes, she expresses her guilt about what she did and the hunger she feels, even went as far to expressing guilt for killing her fellow Delight sisters to save herself from being tortured by them. It’s also implied that she killed the children she loved a lot during the hour of joy. 3. DogDay might actually be a worker, the same way huggy was. This is going off by the way he talks compared to mommy long legs, mommy spoke in a more childish manner. 4. Catnap was once a child named Theodore Grambell, both bonded extremely well and Theodore fed into catnaps desire to hunt and worshipped the prototype. 5. The picture kissy missy is looking at is actually a picture of herself when she was a human child, now it hasn’t been yet disclosed (at least to my knowledge) why she has a good conscience and a sense of protecting others, though I can confirm that she was actively killing workers during the hour of joy. In one of the rooms in the residential area I believe, there is a picture of her strapped on a carrier and then she is seen killing workers on the tape poppy shows the player. edit: kissy participating in the hour of joy might actually be wrong, after some analysis I noticed in the tapes released by MOB that the video says "tampered footage by 3rd party" and it blackouts at the end only to show kissy on the transport surrounded by bodies on the train. In the tape, we see that the transport board also had claw marks at the end where we see a well-kept kissy covered in blood. What also doesn't make sense is the way "kissy" attacked them, let me explain. Kissy has mitten hands that look soft and rounded; the way huggy attacked was by either smashing them into the ground with sheer force or giving them a crushing hug; "Kissy" looked like she attacked them by slicing them and creating cuts which resulted in massive blood splatters and pools of it, which doesn't make sense given the characteristics of her rounded hands. With that in mind, there is only one known creature currently with claw-like hands that could perform an attack like that and would also explain the claw marks on the transport board, the prototype. So my theory on Kissy during the hour of joy is that she was actually trying to fight him off and protect the people but he was faster than her. 6. My theory for why kissy missy became benevolent: since kissy is seen cradling a picture of her human self, my guess is that she has regained some sense of her human personality. 7. Also about the prototype, I strongly believe that it is Mr. Ludwigs consciousness in him. Kind of like how Ironman made Ultron. I also heavily believe that the only reason he is keeping the player alive is just so the play can kill toys for him to use as body parts. 8. “Open the doors now, the hour of joy has begun” the hour of joy happened because the prototype built and used a laser system to disable the security of playtime co for 8 seconds, and manipulated the toys to kill. 9. Now, Ollie, our favourite computer guy in every hero movie is in fact not a human but is a living toy. I conclusively say this because 1. The hour of joy occurred more than 10 years ago, it’s heavily implied that all the orphans were 5+ years old, going by that Ollie would sound a lot older than he does right now and 2. In project: playtime phase 3 trailer, we can hear Ollie say “I am but a wayward of a plaything” which is implying that Ollie is no longer human. 10. The red smoke is made from Poppy opium, and the most common effects of it are feelings of euphoria, pain relief and relaxation. The children do display effects of hallucinations and nightmare syndrome, while opium does not cause these, it can drastically effect those with mental health problems. These kids were subjected to unspeakable cruelty, so it makes sense that the trauma plus opium caused them hallucinations and nightmares. 11. The breathing we hear from a lot of the cardboard buttons is actually very similar to Agonal breathing sounds, a type of involuntary breathing that occurs when the brain isn’t receiving oxygen. This can occur when overly exposed to opium. 12. Now as for the player, the player is definitely someone who once worked at a higher up position and given that the toys recognize us; the player was definitely part of the bigger bodies initiative.

Just adding my own little theory here: in the Kissy Missy scene where we see her sitting on the bed looking at a photo of a young girl, next to the bed on the stand, there is a picture of a young girl and an adult woman. I think what this is implying is that Kissy Missy might be that woman from an earlier tape, where she is talking to another lady about how the children are having nightmares, and she goes into detail about a young girls nightmare (about a colorless monster). She then wails in agony because she can't see or talk to the little girl. I think Kissy Missy might have adopted that young girl and let her stay at Playcare since she is an employee. It's very sad to think about...great vid as always Daz! There was supposed to be creepy music playing during the Miss Delight part. I guess it didn’t cue in due to a glitch or a bug but honestly it’s a lot more creepier without it. Hearing her high heels move and her laugh is really terrifying.
imma be real, there really wasn't music in the playthrough, like in the elevator in the playcare, where there's supposed to be "whimsical" music, so I think it's Daz's settings. :/

Kissy Missy is the pink “huggy” she’s one of the very few “monsters” on your side. There’s still many monsters we haven’t come across like daddy and baby long legs, Boxy Boo which is the that jack-in-the-box monster and some others. People are speculating that Kissy was attacked by the prototype or possibly a monster that we have not come across like the ones i mentioned. Extremely excited for Chapter 4 can’t wait
I think there might be another monster that Poppy doesn't know about because why would the prototype just attack Kissy when he has been taking the bodies of Huggy, Mommy and Catnap when the player kills them? But of course Kissy is on the players side so maybe it could've been the prototype or another monster doing the prototypes bidding. Idk. It's just a theory.
Honestly at first I just assumed it was the e prototype since that’s what we’re lead to believe is the last thing to go against and kill, but there are monsters we haven’t yet seen like you said. I get the feeling it could be daddy long legs looking for his mommy long legs and wants to get revenge for her. It could also be boxy boo the Jack in the box since that’s the one that was least seen and heard about other than seeing it on that tape. if it was part of the hour of joy then maybe it could be the one that killed kissy to try and stop us from going any further or because kissy was on our side and it felt portrayed. Honestly it could honestly be many of the monsters we haven’t yet seen but the possibilities is either revenge, twisted anger because of portrayal, or the prototypes bidding. Either way it makes the next chapter to be exciting for when it comes about

One thing I find sad is the more "subtle" story telling. Like it says the cat made this its hunting grounds, this is where children were taken and kept captive from their parents, besides the nightmares and awful things the children saw due to the cat which were already horrific, they clearly were left alive/abandoned as they were slowly hunted and picked off, and that is shown in the spiked barricades they made, the hung/impaled toys, probably out of fear they'll come alive or as warnings for the toys that were slowly offing them, and the messages they had written. Like it shows such a sad story about the kids in that area, but sorta leaves you to piece it together and notice

nothing really changed in my opinion and it got worse
onto lore and theories:
0. There is a part in the play through where the audio is backwards, when reversed it says “1995 You were supposed to be here.
Why weren't you here ? you miss the event! you miss the meeting! you missed the party! You have no right to be here 8..8...1995. I find your presence intrusive after all this time you return, you come in here and you kill and murder, you poverized and destroyed. Your presence was demanded 10 years ago and it didn't show up 8...8 1995 You were supposed to be here why weren't you here?" It’s speaking directly to the player, and as we know, the player wasn’t present at work on that day but was needed for something important, perhaps something work related or maybe, we were meant to play a hand in the hour of joy.
1. In the teal tape, Mrs. Harper was the caretaker assigned to Marie Payne, a female orphan child who was turned into the living toy Mommy Long Legs.
2. Mrs Delight was tortured by her fellow Delight sisters, after “the hour of joy”. Mrs Delight is also one of the only known toys currently to have a guilty conscience, in voice recordings and notes, she expresses her guilt about what she did and the hunger she feels, even went as far to expressing guilt for killing her fellow Delight sisters to save herself from being tortured by them. It’s also implied that she killed the children she loved a lot during the hour of joy.
3. DogDay might actually be a worker, the same way huggy was. This is going off by the way he talks compared to mommy long legs, mommy spoke in a more childish manner.
4. Catnap was once a child named Theodore Grambell, both bonded extremely well and Theodore fed into catnaps desire to hunt and worshipped the prototype.
5. The picture kissy missy is looking at is actually a picture of herself when she was a human child, now it hasn’t been yet disclosed (at least to my knowledge) why she has a good conscience and a sense of protecting others, though I can confirm that she was actively killing workers during the hour of joy. In one of the rooms in the residential area I believe, there is a picture of her strapped on a carrier and then she is seen killing workers on the tape poppy shows the player.
edit: kissy participating in the hour of joy might actually be wrong, after some analysis I noticed in the tapes released by MOB that the video says "tampered footage by 3rd party" and it blackouts at the end only to show kissy on the transport surrounded by bodies on the train. In the tape, we see that the transport board also had claw marks at the end where we see a well-kept kissy covered in blood.
What also doesn't make sense is the way "kissy" attacked them, let me explain. Kissy has mitten hands that look soft and rounded; the way huggy attacked was by either smashing them into the ground with sheer force or giving them a crushing hug; "Kissy" looked like she attacked them by slicing them and creating cuts which resulted in massive blood splatters and pools of it, which doesn't make sense given the characteristics of her rounded hands.
With that in mind, there is only one known creature currently with claw-like hands that could perform an attack like that and would also explain the claw marks on the transport board, the prototype. So my theory on Kissy during the hour of joy is that she was actually trying to fight him off and protect the people but he was faster than her.
6. My theory for why kissy missy became benevolent: since kissy is seen cradling a picture of her human self, my guess is that she has regained some sense of her human personality.
7. Also about the prototype, I strongly believe that it is Mr. Ludwigs consciousness in him. Kind of like how Ironman made Ultron. I also heavily believe that the only reason he is keeping the player alive is just so the play can kill toys for him to use as body parts.
8. “Open the doors now, the hour of joy has begun” the hour of joy happened because the prototype built and used a laser system to disable the security of playtime co for 8 seconds, and manipulated the toys to kill.
9. Now, Ollie, our favourite computer guy in every hero movie is in fact not a human but is a living toy. I conclusively say this because 1. The hour of joy occurred more than 10 years ago, it’s heavily implied that all the orphans were 5+ years old, going by that Ollie would sound a lot older than he does right now and 2. In project: playtime phase 3 trailer, we can hear Ollie say “I am but a wayward of a plaything” which is implying that Ollie is no longer human.
10. The red smoke is made from Poppy opium, and the most common effects of it are feelings of euphoria, pain relief and relaxation. The children do display effects of hallucinations and nightmare syndrome, while opium does not cause these, it can drastically effect those with mental health problems. These kids were subjected to unspeakable cruelty, so it makes sense that the trauma plus opium caused them hallucinations and nightmares.
11. The breathing we hear from a lot of the cardboard buttons is actually very similar to Agonal breathing sounds, a type of involuntary breathing that occurs when the brain isn’t receiving oxygen. This can occur when overly exposed to opium.
12. Now as for the player, the player is definitely someone who once worked at a higher up position and given that the toys recognize us; the player was definitely part of the bigger bodies initiative.
The note being about her wanting to eat children
Daz: “it’s probably a suicide note”
She ate the other teachers, the students had already been gone. But still very creepy

Just adding my own little theory here: in the Kissy Missy scene where we see her sitting on the bed looking at a photo of a young girl, next to the bed on the stand, there is a picture of a young girl and an adult woman. I think what this is implying is that Kissy Missy might be that woman from an earlier tape, where she is talking to another lady about how the children are having nightmares, and she goes into detail about a young girls nightmare (about a colorless monster). She then wails in agony because she can't see or talk to the little girl. I think Kissy Missy might have adopted that young girl and let her stay at Playcare since she is an employee. It's very sad to think about...great vid as always Daz!

That's honestly what I was thinking, we can hear the prototype sorta change it's voice in the tape. Also seeming to be able to almost mimic a voice all together, it makes you wonder who ACTUALLY said what? Which things were said by the prototype? And which weren't

@@ElliexOCE Yeah I honestly don't think ollie is real, maybe that he used to be but he was killed and the prototype just mimics his voice. It's obvious the prototype is smart, who's to say it wouldn't be able to use a phone? Especially that type of phone, and it would explain why we never see Ollie or why we only hear from Ollie when we're no where near the prototype

The amount of times I have watched Daz play poppys playtime at this point has become....
