Usually I spend the holidays in Florida and I really have come to love that change of scenery. Unfortunately this year we had to change out plans and I'll be missing the warm sun and the ocean.

Lovely video! I've converted a van too and I've spent last 6 months in south Italy and thats was absolutely amazing. Living so in contact with nature is such a gift, thanks for the inspiring video and really good storytelling skills! Maybe we will meet on the road. 😊
It looks like it's a fruit of a "strawberry tree" that Tim eats at 6:11? If so, red is ripe ;) Did he like it? It's not to everyone's taste and I have to admit that for me it was an acquired taste, but after years of eating them occasionally now I love them and never miss a chance to eat some when hiking in the south of France, where I'm now.
