Dear Chris. I heard you once with Amy Grant in Birmingham and loved your music. TBH, I’ve not kept in touch with what you’ve done for a long time but while praying this morning I felt The Lord lay a lyric on my heart from ‘Breath of Heaven’. I listened to it and felt so blessed but then I came across this song. You’ll probably never know how your writing affects others but I’d like you to know; from one grateful person to another, that this song has blessed my heart this morning. The lyrics could not be more relevant for this season in my life. I don’t know how to say thank you but... thank you. Bless you today.
Chris Eaton truly is underrated. When I started up my collection of CDs, I'd always look at the credits for the songwriters and musicians. The three most influential writers that work behind the scenes are Chris Eaton, Wayne Kirkpatrick and Michael Omartain.
Love, love, love Chris Eaton's voice!!!!!!!!!!! He is primarily a Christian music writer. Other artists sing the songs he has written. He Needs to do more of his own stuff though.
Chris, all I can say is, quite simply, wow. A wonderful lyric that soothes the soul and it's so melodic. The words speak to me like a homecoming with family that I haven't seen in many years. Thank you for sharing this music with us. I'm a true fan of both your music and that of your wife. Truly moving song, and now a favorite of mine.
Beautiful voice, beautiful song. Almost reminiscent of the quality from his 1986 Vision album. I'd certainly love to hear the LA musicians of the day doing this one proud!

Wow oh wow, what a song, no wonder Cliff has recorded so much of your material, i can hear his perfect falsetto on this, i know he doesn't record original material now due to stupid radio airplay but he needs to do a whole album of yours with this top of the pile !!!!
Incredibly moving Chris. I listened to all of your stuff through the eighties and this is one of the best songs that you have written. I have to admit that the guitar player in me kept hearing a huge drum build up to a killer Dann Huff or Michael Landau guitar solo. LOL. blessings, Mike
