Civil asset forfeiture is communism and the right wing supports the thin blue line. Do the math. Republicans support communism despite claiming otherwise until blue in the face. Republicans also believe in drug wars which go hand in hand with civil asset forfeiture, 1A infringements, and 2A infringements. Shall not be infringed my ass! 🤡

Minneapolis is an oasis for progressive and liberal causes: the mayor, city council are all Democrats and allies of those causes.
In addition, many, if not most, of the city and state elected officials are backed by a variety of individuals and organizations that are also supporters of the Left.
Last I checked, the Democrats, progressives, ‘liberals’, Left - whatever you want to call them - are among the loudest critics of police...
What have they done to address this so-called problem of police brutality against black people?
The bulk of the criticism should be pointed at the political leaders; those clowns only open their mouths when its politically opportune, and people believe them. The political leadership is much more powerful than Chauvin or any other rank-and-file white police officer.

From what I've seen in documentaries & tv shows, when a cop coomits a crime, they remain 100% silent to the investigators, call a police union rep & a lawyer, so that's exactly what citizens should do. If a healthcare worker tells us not to go to a certain doctor or a teacher tells us to move your child from a certain teacher's class, we do it because we know they are the experts & are privy to information we aren't. The fact that cops don't talk & immediately call a lawyer even if they're completely innocent tells us we can't trust the system. They know too many cops & district attorneys just want to clear the case so their statistics look good or too many of them won't follow the evidence or common sense once they've pinpointed their "guilty" person & they'll do anything to get their guy. The cop in the Krispy Kreme glaze donut case still maintains he arrested a man who was using methamphetamines even though the police drug lab test proved the "meth" was in fact just sugar & water. I believe the state still hasn't removed the arrest from the man's record, keeping him from returning to his former employment, even though the state apologized for the arrest & admitted it was just Krispy Kreme donut glaze collected in the evidence bag. Our justive system system is just a broken system of lots of bullying & subjective enforcement, & I'm completely astonished that more middle class, white people can't see that or don't care because they wrongly believe they could never be victimized by it, but look at Mr Krispy Kreme donut glaze.

This doesn't excuse nor diminish the impact of racism or violence, there are over 300 million Americans on this soil. Black Americans make up about 40 million of that population. The only organization that needs to be investigated is the DOJ & FBI, people seem to have already forgotten that both of these departments just had extremely large corruption allegations brought against them, with sworn witnesses testimony from insiders at both departments & laptops, hard drives & documents as evidence. Corruption that spanned all the way up to the executive offices. But now, that seems to have just been forgotten & disappeared.
It makes you really realize how corrupt or media has become also, corruption at the DOJ & FBI should be front page news that gets covered for months & months, but you don't even hear a mention of any of it.
Our government has been corrupted beyond measure & thr media just helps the criminals hide it.
Meanwhile Americans don't even seem to notice, they're too busy blaming the other political party for everything that's wrong in the world.

@@lorrainelloyd7750 I knew some uneducated racist bootlicker would come, begging to be destroyed. Now everybody gets to enjoy watching your bs argument get blown up. First of all, idiot, from the very beginning, Black people were targeted by the police long before any of us could move freely enough to commit crimes. See, if you were educated you'd know that the very first police officers in the US were tasked SOLELY to hunt down and capture escaped slaves who were seeking freedom. Yep, the police began as a unit of White racists who relished the job of preventing another human being from being free. Next, after freedom was granted, states needed free labor, so the government falsely accused and convicted Black men of crimes just to keep a supply of workers for chain gangs, who built roads, rails and infrastructure still used today. Next, J. Edgar Hoover targeted strong Black leaders in an effort to halt their influence on the Black community during the Civil Rights era, effectively taking the strong productive male out of the home and leaving the women to fend for themselves. When these men came home, they were faced with trying to get a job while being Black and a felon. On false charges. Next, the CIA led effort to flood the Black community intentionally with guns and drugs while not locking up the White/Latino suppliers decimated our communities. Lastly, your logic is stupid based on the FACT that White men shoot and kill cops far more than Black people, so if the cops had any reason to be aggressive towards anybody, it should be them, not us. See, in this case the chicken came before the egg. Cops started out abusing and killing us long before any crime was committed by a Black person, and nothing has changed. Let this be a lesson in the difference between having an educated, factual take and spewing drivel out of being butthurt. Enjoy this L.

Josh Powell who blew up his two boys into bits and wife's body has never been found? Have a seat.

Did you know the jail where Chauvin was housed had black sheriff deputies clean his cell prior to his arrival. Not inmates under supervision, deputy sheriff. And then barred from being on the floor while he was there. I am sure once he is charged with the Feds he will likely be sitting pretty in one of those golf course like facilities we hear about. To some including law enforcement Chauvin is a hero that should never have been charged/prosecuted.
