We all live with WHAT IF and IF ONLY I from past relationships. Now that everthing has changed and options are there WHAT NOW? They've been friends forever. What they see now is based on past "feelings" and they don't usually work with pain. Not even second chances. Memories should stay memories. The WRITERS could make their "love" work or not. Experiences for me in my life you eventually lose. Friendships even changed and there's a different pain that just never goes away. I wouldn't want them to have a love affair. Not even a one night stand. The cost is way too high. Elliott needs to grieve and not adding pain for Olivia because she's still dealing with his leaving without telling her. This will always be a part of their relationship, too. They both need time to heal. But just stay friends.
I think they should it slow with them because in the old TV show Moonlghtening after they got Cylbil Shepard and Bruce Willis together it was not as good.
