@@sugarmamabyana6115 ohh..no worries ..I'll go with weights in video. While working with fondant, it dries up fast and get cracks..what could be the reason of it!!

I.m verry sorry bit i don't know the height,is a old video :(....and i never use shortening for the shine...

I work only with Princes Pasta from irca or Sarancino,i never have this problems ....
