Good vlog pal, I sometimes do that with groundbait but I use the Nash ball maker as they are nice and small and compact balls and can catapult the balls canny distance

That's what we like to hear! On the SLR I use a Rode wireless GO, or the Rode shotgun mic depending on the type of shot. My Gopro had a media mod attached to improve audio.
