This is just FYI, nothing personal. I think if you improve on your biosecurity, your mortality rate will drop. You need to add a foot dip with disinfectant at the entrance of each chicken house, which I didn't observe. Also, diseases can be transferred from clothing to the birds, especially when you allow visitors inside your chicken house. Also, when moving from different house, always visit the younger flock first because their immunity is very low. If you visit the older flock first, you risk transmitting disease from the older ones to the younger ones. You also need to dedicate certain clothing for when entering your chicken house, don't run erands in the same clothing, and carry infections to your flock. Good luck. Warra get kgopa(aloe) and mix it with water for 2 days to a week and give it to the birds to drink. The water mix will help to deworm the birds and make them healthier. Have a disinfection foot bath at the door and dip your feet before and after entering.
