My worry is that Gutey went for a home run and may end up with a K. The home run swing being that he took Morgan to eventually be a tackle....at pick 25 in a draft where 6 tackles had already gone off the board. Meanwhile, he could have just hit a nice easy double by taking Graham Barton who literally went to TB on the next pick...and has been their starting C all year. I'm not saying I expect this will be the case. I'm still optimistic on Morgan, but what we've seen so far has been only decent at best. Additionally, once again we're a playoff team getting zero from our most recent 1st rd pick. We had other positions of clear need, CB particularly, and that is really hurting us now. Feels like we NEVER take a 1st that can do jack squat year one. Or even year 2 or 3 in many cases.
I agree. I was on the Graham Barton train before the draft and just KNEW when we picked it was going to be him. But as always. Gutey for whatever reason, wanted a first round project. He always settles in the rest of the draf,t but next year....How bout letting MLF or Hafley pick the first round pick?
Packers and eagles are the only teams in the NFL with a top 10 offense, top 10 defense, and have one of the 10 hardest schedules. Packers are a legitimate team. As much as I want to see as many of our guys play against the Vikings to give us a better chance at winning the playoffs are priority. I can’t imagine how good this defense would look with Jaire and Nixon at boundary, Bullard in the slot, Williams and X at safety, Quay and Cooper at MLB. That’s an elite lineup
only one NFC team hasn't beaten any of the other top tier NFC teams. This game will shed some light of where GB and MIN stack up going into the playoffs.
The Vikings have not beaten the Packers with a healthy Love and nearly lost anyway. They also had to come from behind to beat Seattle in Seattle after the Packers blew them out on the same field the week before.
Jordan Morgan has the frame, build, play strength and physicality to make a smooth transition inside to guard, with the initial quickness and burst to be a high-quality run-blocker. His questionable range and middling redirect skills will be difficult to overcome against NFL edge-rushers, but he could make it work inside a run-first, play-action-based scheme that limits those exposures. Javon Bullard is an all-around safety who excels in pass coverage but he is more adequate in the running game. He will need to continue to add weight and strength, along with improving his coverage skills. Go Pack Go 💚💚💛💛
Long term it will be interesting to see if the Packers lean into the versatility that Morgan and Bullard posses or allow them to settle in at a single position
For one thing, I think he records some of these in advance. Secondly, he prides himself on the whole ”Pack A Day” concept and never missing a day. I, for one, applaud the commitment. Maybe you should be the one to take a few days off if it’s such an issue for you.
@@Labby17 well there either going to shift Jenkins to center which is unlikely so that means Sean Ryhan will move to center opens open the door for Morgan that showed flash. Morgan is a 1 rounded that don't sit this early
5:49 would disagree, I think Green Bay has a lot to play for. If we lose 1 game we could drop to the 7 seed and have to go to Philly round 1. Id much rather go to LA where we could take over their stadium or play the falcons
I really don't understand the love fest for Bullard. He doesn't cover well and he doesn't tackle well. 2 pretty important components for a good safety to have.

I’m Starting to become a pack-a-day junkie!! Video posted 12 seconds ago and I’m here
Just now?!? Glad I am not alone!!❤😊

Andy digging the grave for the Lions I love it 😂

When is the last time GB had a top 10 offense and defense?
Coming through clutch on the off days, much appreciated. Go Pack Go 🧀 🤝

Where on line do you see Jordan starting next year?

"Crappy" Bowl Game on Christmas Eve? ? It went to 5 (yes 5) OT - it was rather exciting. More exciting than the Christmas NFL games!
Can't make the club in the tub!
Shouldn't be anything on Christmas or Christmas eve or at the least a game, not until 7pm. Spend one day with family

The Jordan Morgan pick didn’t make sense before, during, and after the draft.
it will a year from now and the future. day 1 starter next year
@@jakewettengel7708Hopefully but that’s if he can stay healthy and he isn’t guaranteed to be starter Packers have a lot good offensive lineman.

I think they will transition Morgan to Center next season.

Do you think Gutey has too much bias for Georgia players?
We have the number 1 pass defense since week 9 I’ll think they’re ok

Merry Leftovers Day, Packer fans!
It's Boxing Day!
Don’t sleep on the Rams
Yup, they’re playing good ball currently, and they can take advantage of our corners for sure.
